We stand behind the quality of our curated products, from Amigurumi Kits to Embroidery Scissors. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth process.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Pack Your Items Securely: Please return items in their original, unopened packaging whenever possible. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. For items like Craft Storage Bins or Circular Needles, ensure all parts are included.

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds: Timing & Method

We handle refunds with the same precision as a perfect stitch:

  • Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once it’s issued.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or payment processor to post the refund to your account—typically 5-10 business days after we process it.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (like our $12.95 Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Economy Shipping, a deduction may be applied if the return brings the order total below $50.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the safety and quality of our supplies for all makers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Opened or Used Yarn & Thread: This includes Baby Yarn, Basic Yarn, Crochet Thread, and Embroidery floss due to hygiene and contamination concerns.
  • Cut or Customized Materials: Any Cloth & Canvas, Batting, or Elastic that has been cut, measured, or altered.
  • Opened Consumables & Notions: Opened packages of Stuffing Supplies, Buttons, or any loose small notions.
  • Personal Care & Safety Items: Such as Craft Lamps & Task Lighting (if used), for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Digital Products or Patterns (if applicable).

Note on Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., bent Circular Needles, a broken Craft Storage bin, or a torn Amigurumi Kit package), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

Exchanges

Need a different color of Crochet Supplies or the wrong size of Circular Needles? We’re happy to help!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the price difference plus any additional shipping.
  • If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • The exchange process follows the same steps as a return (initiate request, receive RMA, ship item back).
