All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global community of makers (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):

  • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95 USD)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Ideal for when you need your Circular Needles or Crochet Kits a bit sooner.
  • Free Economy Shipping
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Availability: Automatically applied to orders of $50 USD or more.
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
    • A great option for stocking up on Baby Yarn, Stuffing Supplies, or other project essentials.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We stand behind the quality of our curated products, from Amigurumi Kits to Embroidery Scissors. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right—with the same care you bring to your crafting.

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our friendly support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Pack Your Items Securely: Please return items in their original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories. For items like Craft Storage Bins, ensure all parts are included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to:

    Return Shipping Costs: These are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we inspect items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Need to Exchange an Item?

Need a different color of Crochet Supplies or the wrong size of Circular Needles? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly, and the process follows the same steps above.

Refunds: Timing & Method

We handle refunds with the precision of a perfect stitch.

  • Timing: After your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, a deduction may be applied if the return brings the order total below $50.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the safety and quality of supplies for all our makers, the following are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Opened or Used Yarn & Thread: Including Baby Yarn, Basic Yarn, Crochet Thread, and Embroidery floss (due to hygiene concerns).
  • Cut or Customized Materials: Any Cloth & Canvas, Batting, or Elastic that has been cut, measured, or altered.
  • Opened Consumables & Notions: Opened packages of Stuffing Supplies, Buttons, or loose small notions.
  • Used Safety Items: Such as Craft Lamps & Task Lighting (if used), for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Digital Products or Patterns (if applicable).

Note on Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item (e.g., bent needles, a torn kit), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
