• Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

5.1 Eligibility Window

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

5.2 Process

1. Initiate Request: Contact support at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason.
2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
3. Pack Items Securely: Return items in original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories (e.g., all parts for Craft Storage Bins).

5. Return Shipping Costs: These are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5.3 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and quality for all our makers, the following are final sale unless defective upon arrival:

• Opened or used yarn & thread (e.g., Baby Yarn, Basic Yarn, Crochet Thread, Embroidery floss).
• Cut or customized materials (e.g., Cloth & Canvas, Batting, Elastic).
• Opened consumables (e.g., Stuffing Supplies, Buttons).
• Used safety items (e.g., Craft Lamps & Task Lighting).
• Digital products or patterns.

If you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., bent needles, torn kit), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos for a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Michaels Sale Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
